As explained above, the main selling point in the A Night Out slot is the presence of the Dollar Ball Progressive Jackpot fund. For those unfamiliar with the Dollar Ball Progressive Jackpot system, prizes are issued via a lottery-style draw that takes place alongside each base game spin. In order to profit from it, players must select a series of five numbers and – if any of them come up, they’ll win a cash prize. One number will return your stake, but land all five and you’ll scoop the jackpot fund that is currently displayed.

Beyond this feature, however, A Night Out is surprisingly lacking in depth for a Playtech title; with the complete absence of a free spins feature making it hard to rate it favourably against other games by the studio. The 10,000x top award available during the base game does provide some respite to players, but overall there is relatively little here to hold your attention in the medium-to-long term.
